Актуальность представленного исследования определяется тем, что страны Восточной Европы, с одной стороны, на протяжении достаточно продолжительного периода времени в XX-м веке осуществляли хозяйственную деятельность по очень схожим моделям социалистической системы хозяйствования. C другой стороны, с конца XX-го века эти страны перешли к моделям капиталистической системы хозяйствования, но России в 2010-е и в 2020-е годы, будучи втянутой в вооруженный конфликт, пришлось развивать свою экономику в условиях беспрецедентных по масштабам западных санкций. В этих условиях представляет интерес проанализировать динамику развития экономики Российской Федерации на фоне других стран Восточной Европы. Целью представленных исследований является анализ структуры и динамики годового роста ВВП стран Восточной Европы в период с 2014 по 2023 г. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в демонстрации того, что Российская Федерация, несмотря на беспрецедентные санкции Запада, пики которых пришлись на 2014 и 2022 г., продемонстрировала среди стран Восточной Европы наилучшие показатели динамики годового роста ВВП. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в возможности их использования при формировании стратегических планов развития национальной экономики.
The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that the countries of Eastern Europe, on the one hand, for a fairly long period of time in the 20th century, carried out economic activities according to very similar models of the socialist economic system. On the other hand, since the end of the 20th century, these countries have switched to models of the capitalist economic system, but Russia in the 2010s and 2020s, being drawn into an armed conflict, had to develop its economy under unprecedented Western sanctions. In these conditions, it is of interest to analyze the dynamics of the development of the economy of the Russian Federation against the background of other countries of Eastern Europe. The purpose of the presented studies is to analyze the structure and dynamics of annual GDP growth in Eastern European countries in the period from 2014 to 2023. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the demonstration that the Russian Federation, despite unprecedented Western sanctions, the peaks of which occurred in 2014 and 2022, demonstrated the best indicators of annual GDP growth dynamics among the countries of Eastern Europe. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of their use in the formation of strategic plans for the development of the national economy.
