Исходя из того, что оператор является одним из важнейших звеньев комплекса «дефектоскоп–оператор–среда», обусловлена необходимость обучения и периодического повышения квалификации специалистов НК. Показано, как это осуществляется в Центре подготовки «Радиоавионика». При этом учебный процесс – лишь составная часть системного подхода ОАО «Радиоавионика» в области разработки, изготовления и внедрения средств НК рельсов.
An operator is one of the most important elements of the complex “flaw detector–operator–environment”. The article justifies the necessity of training and periodical professional development of NDT specialists; it is shown by the example of the Scientific and Technical NDT Centre “Radioavionica”. High-level specialists of “Radioavionica” act as trainers; they use modern training equipment in order to teach the trainees how to use the latest NDT instruments and apply new knowledge when making decisions about detected defects. In 2015 49 people passed the stiff examination and became qualified specialists in the field of NDT of rails. The training process at “Radioavionica” is a component of the system approach to developing, manufacturing and implementation of instruments for NDT of rails.
