   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Cтатья посвящена анализу экстремальных и информационных свойств диффузно-отражательного метода тестирования различных изделий, в том числе сельскохозяйственной плодоовощной продукции. Рассмотрены основные методы, которые могут быть использованы при проведении и тестирования по диффузно-отражательному методу. На основе уравнения Кубелки-Мунка, построен функционал диффузно-отражательного неразрушающего метода. Исследовано экстремальное свойство указанного функционала при некотором ограничительном условии, налагаемом на взаимосвязь коэффициента экстинкции и коэффициента рассеяния.  Также на основе уравнения Кубелки-Мунка показано, что информативность диффузно-отражательного неразрушающего метода диагностики выше чем информативность разрушающего абсорбционного метода и неразрушающего метода рассеивания.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article is devoted to the analysis of the extreme and informational properties of the diffuse-reflective method of testing various products, including agricultural fruit and vegetable products. The main methods that can be used in conducting and testing using the diffuse-reflective method are considered. Based on the Kubelka-Munch equation, the functional of the diffuse-reflective non-destructive method is constructed. The extreme property of this functional is investigated under a certain restrictive condition imposed on the relationship between the extinction coefficient and the scattering coefficient.  Also, based on the Kubelka-Munk equation, it is shown that the information content of the diffuse-reflective non-destructive diagnostic method is higher than the information content of the destructive absorption method and the non-destructive scattering method.</p>
