    <p>Рост количества космического мусора (КМ) в околоземном пространстве уже представляет угрозу для деятельности в космосе, создает помехи астрономическим наблюдениям и может привести к негативным экологическим последствиям на Земле в будущем. В работе получена оценка ослабления солнечного излучения в настоящее время в зависимости от длины волны в диапазоне длин волн от вакуумного ультрафиолета до инфракрасного. Определена скорость экспоненциального увеличения массы мелкого КМ, актуальная в настоящее время. Получены также оценки массы КМ в ближайшем будущем, при которых логарифм ослабления солнечного излучения возрастет до 10⁻⁶–10⁻³. По скорости нарастания массы определено время, за которое логарифм ослабления солнечного излучения увеличится до 10⁻⁶.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The growing amount of space debris (SD) in near-Earth space already poses a threat to space activities, interferes with astronomical observations, and may lead to negative environmental consequences on Earth in the future. This paper estimates the current attenuation of solar radiation in the wavelength range from vacuum ultraviolet to infrared. We determine the rate of exponential increase in SD mass. Estimates of the future SD mass are also obtained at which the logarithm of solar radiation attenuation will increase to 10⁻⁶–10⁻³. We find the time required for the logarithm of solar radiation attenuation to increase to 10⁻⁶.</p>
