    <p>На примере различных видов политико-правовых инноваций в рамках&#13;
международного правового пространства в статье рассматриваются&#13;
социально-психологические процессы, напрямую взаимосвязанные&#13;
и оказывающие влияние на уровень сопротивления таким проектам.&#13;
Выделяются стадии внедрения политико-правовых инноваций и виды&#13;
нормативно-правовых актов в области устойчивого развития. На основе теоретического анализа литературы и разбора кейсов предлагаются стратегии преодоления или снижения уровня сопротивления&#13;
таким проектам.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article examines different types of political and legal innovation in the&#13;
international legal space and the directly related to them socio-psychological&#13;
processes influencing the level of resistance to such projects. The&#13;
stages of political and legal innovation as well as the sustainability law types&#13;
are highlighted in the article. Based on the literature review and analysis&#13;
of cases strategies to overcome or reduce the level of resistance to such&#13;
projects is being proposed.</p>
