На примере различных видов политико-правовых инноваций в рамках
международного правового пространства в статье рассматриваются
социально-психологические процессы, напрямую взаимосвязанные
и оказывающие влияние на уровень сопротивления таким проектам.
Выделяются стадии внедрения политико-правовых инноваций и виды
нормативно-правовых актов в области устойчивого развития. На основе теоретического анализа литературы и разбора кейсов предлагаются стратегии преодоления или снижения уровня сопротивления
таким проектам.
The article examines different types of political and legal innovation in the
international legal space and the directly related to them socio-psychological
processes influencing the level of resistance to such projects. The
stages of political and legal innovation as well as the sustainability law types
are highlighted in the article. Based on the literature review and analysis
of cases strategies to overcome or reduce the level of resistance to such
projects is being proposed.
