    <p>Исследовали клиренс альдегид-модифицированных липопротеидов низкой плотности (ЛНП) у кроликов с&#13;
использованием изолированных при помощи препаративного ультрацентрифугирования биотинилированных&#13;
ЛНП кроликов и ФИТЦ-меченых ЛНП человека. Глиоксаль- и метилглиоксаль-модифицированные ЛНП кроликов&#13;
и человека циркулируют в кровотоке такое же время, что и нативные ЛНП. МДА-модифицированные ЛНП&#13;
быстро элиминируются из кровотока. Вероятно, глиоксаль- и метилглиоксаль-модифицированные ЛНП&#13;
более атерогенны, в то время как МДА-модифицированные ЛНП могут подвергаться усиленной утилизации.</p>
