Данное исследование позволяет оценить картину становления Воронежской стоматологии дореволюционного периода. В статье освещены способы оказания зубоврачебной помощи жителям Воронежской губернии в данном периоде. Рассмотрен процесс становления и проведения реорганизации медицинского дела от образования приказов общественного призрения и введения земской реформы в Воронежской губернии. На основании архивных документов Государственного архива Воронежской области сообщается о первых практикующих зубных врачах и дантистах в городе Воронеж. Освещены вопросы обучения дантистов зубоврачебному делу путем ученичества. Показана документальная процедура оформления и открытия частной лечебницы болезней зубов и полости рта в 1905 году в городе Воронеж. Представлен устав частной лечебницы болезней зубов и полости рта, включающий в себя цели лечебницы и основание для ее устройства, описание условий приема больных, права и обязанности учредителя лечебницы, управляющего и заведующего хозяйственной частью. Представлена утвержденная такса частной зубоврачебной лечебницы, которая дает возможность представить, в каком объеме и по каким расценкам оказывалась зубоврачебная помощь в Воронеже в начале прошлого столетия. В статье показано количественное распределение зубных врачей и дантистов по Воронежской губернии и городу Воронеж в начале ХХ-века.
This study allows to present and to evaluate the formation of dental care in Voronezh province in the pre-revolutionary period. The article highlights the ways of providing dental care to residents of Voronezh province in this period. Archival documents of the State archive of the Voronezh region contain information about the first practicing dental doctors and dentists in the city of Voronezh. The training of dental dentistry by apprenticeship is presented in the documents. Documentary procedure of registration and opening of private hospitals diseases of teeth and cavity of mouth in 1905 in the town of Voronezh is demonstrated. Charter private hospitals diseases of teeth and cavity of mouth, which includes the objectives of the hospital and the basis for its device, the description of the conditions of admission of patients, rights and obligations of the founder of the institution, Governor and head of the economic part also is presented. In the documents there is information about the approved rate of private dental clinics, which gives the opportunity to present, in what amount and what fees dental care was provided in Voronezh at the beginning of the last century. The paper shows the quantitative distribution of dental surgeons and dentists in the Voronezh province and the city of Voronezh in the early XX century.
