С целью выявления влияния социально-экономических и инновационных факторов на производительность труда, построены эконометрические модели на основе перекрестных данных статистики регионов Центрального федерального округа. Установлено, что для повышения производительности необходимо наращивание инвестирования в новые основные фонды, увеличение иностранных инвестиций, увеличение численности работников с высшим образование, повышение уровня заработной платы, развитие транспортной инфраструктуры, расширение масштабов использования компьютеров и сети интернет, увеличение численности исследователей, имеющих ученые степени. Кроме тог, должна быть сокращена численность работников территориальных органов исполнительной власти, увеличена численность студентов вузов и научных работников с учеными степенями, повышена инновационная активность организаций, должен стимулироваться экспорт.
In order to identify the influence of socio-economic and innovative factors on labor productivity, econometric models were built based on cross-sectional statistics from the regions of the Central Federal District. It has been established that in order to increase productivity, it is necessary to increase investment in new fixed assets, foreign investment, the number of workers with higher education, the level of wages, develop transport infrastructure, expand the use of computers and the Internet, the number of researchers with academic degrees.
