Авторами на основе системного подхода рассматривается проблематика формирования базовой модели и стратегия экотуризма Белорусского Полесья в 2000–2010-е гг. и даетcя экспертный прогноз развития отрасли на период до 2025 г. Раскрыты особенности развития экотуризма в западной части Белорусского Полесья. Показано, что обеспечение экологической стабильности в современных условиях предопределяется формированием концепции экологического каркаса территории. Отмечено, что блоки экологического каркаса в значительной степени способны выполнять туристско-рекреационные функции. Кроме того, рассмотрены природные и культурно-исторические предпосылки развития экотуризма в Гомельской области, дана оценка современного уровня развития данного вида туризма, определены направления дальнейшего развития экотуризма в регионе.
Based on a systematic approach, the authors consider the problems of forming the basic model and strategy of ecotourism in the Belarusian Polesie in 2000-2010 and give an expert forecast of the industry's development for the period up to 2025. The article reveals the features of ecotourism development in the Western part of the Belarusian Polesie. It is shown that ensuring environmental stability in modern conditions is predetermined by the formation of the concept of the ecological framework of the territory. It is noted that the blocks of the ecological framework are largely able to perform tourist and recreational functions. In addition, the article considers the natural and cultural-historical prerequisites for the development of ecotourism in the Gomel region, assesses the current level of development of this type of tourism, and determines the directions for further development of ecotourism in the region.
