    <p>Целью исследования стала разработка и реализация программы магистратуры по педагогическому образованию с активной интеграцией  soft skills на всех этапах ее реализации для формирования у студентов системного и критического мышления, умений управлять проектом, командной работы и лидерства, навыков коммуникации и межкультурного взаимодействия. В результате исследования была создана последовательная система поэтапного формирования универсальных компетенций магистрантов в рамках профессионально-ориентированных кейсов, педагогических и научно-исследовательских проектов, произведено наполнение программы курсами дисциплин, формирующих УК и создан банк учебных заданий. А также произведена оценка эффективности сформированных компетенций с помощью системы объективного и субъективного оценивания, которая доказала эффективность программы. &#13;
Новизна исследования заключается в создании целостной и эффективной системы интеграции профессионального обучения магистрантов и развития их когнитивных, конструктивно-проектных, коммуникативных, лидерских и управленческих универсальных компетенций в рамках решения профессиональных задач на английском языке.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The aim of the research was to develop and implement a teachers training master degree program with active integration of soft skills at all the stages to form students’ system and critical thinking, project management skills, teamwork and leadership, communication and cross-cultural interaction skills. To solve these problems, the program included specialized practice-orientated courses based on the principles of pedagogical ergonomics and the latest technologies (ball-rating system, workshop, case study, “agile” principle, pedagogical situations’ modeling and others). The research resulted is a unique, effective and validated program and a set of training materials to develop universal competencies of master degree students.</p>
