    <p>Статья посвящена исследованию адаптивности личности студентов медицинского вуза, обучающихся на разных курсах. Анализируются различные подходы к определению понятия адаптивность личности, рассмотрены методы ее диагностики, выявлена структура адаптивности личности студентов-медиков всех курсов обучения. В результате эмпирического исследования возможно констатировать, что наибольшая дефицитарность в структуре адаптивности личности, характеризующаяся социоориентированной направленностью, преобладает на первом, втором и четвертом курсах обучения в медицинском вузе. Адаптивность личности студентов третьего курса находится в зоне средних значений. Наиболее гармонично развитой адаптивностью с преобладающими характеристиками автономно ориентированной личности обладают студенты пятого и шестого курсов медицинского вуза.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article is devoted to the study of personal adaptability of medical students enrolled in different courses. Various approaches to the concept of personal adaptability are analyzed, methods of its diagnostics are considered, the structure of personal adaptability of medical students of all courses is revealed. As a result of empirical research, it is possible to state that the greatest deficiency in the structure of personal adaptability characterized by a socio-oriented type prevails in the first, second and fourth years of study at a medical school. Personal adaptability of third-year students has an average level. The most harmoniously developed adaptability with the predominant characteristics of an autonomously oriented personality is possessed by students of the fifth and sixth years of a medical school.</p>
