    <p>В рамках данной статьи проведен анализ текущего положения в строительной отрасли РФ, актуальных научных и нормативно-правовых методов проведения качественной проверки разработанной проектной документации многоквартирного жилого дома. Автором статьи в работе рассмотрены мероприятия, которые позволяют эффективно проводить комплексную оценку эффективности проектных решений с технологической и нормативно-правовой точки зрения, а также учитывать весь комплекс экологических, социальных, внешнеэкономических и других последствий, которые являются результатом принятых решений.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Within the framework of this article, the analysis of the current situation in the construction industry of the Russian Federation, current scientific and regulatory methods of conducting a high-quality check of the developed design documentation for an apartment building is carried out. The author of the article in the work considers measures that allow to effectively conduct a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of design solutions from a technological and regulatory point of view, as well as take into account the entire range of environmental, social, external economic and other consequences that are the result of decisions made.</p>
