В данной статье раскрывается процесс формирования профессиональной компетентности студентов вуза. В условиях, когда процесс обучения становится все более формализованным и деперсонифицированным, преподавателю следует сосредоточить силы на выяснении мотивационной сферы с целью формирования у студентов наиболее важных познавательных мотивов. Мотивационная направленность оказывает влияние не только результаты обучения студента, но и меняет сам образовательный процесс. Каким же является это влияние – положительным или отрицательным, развивающим или стандартизирующим, насколько оно универсально, интенсивно? Сила, действенность, форма влияния, преобладание тех или иных функций, обуславливаются научно-методическим руководством и управлением учебно-воспитательным процессом педагогом.
This article reveals the process of forming the professional competence of university students. In conditions when the learning process becomes more and more formalized and depersonalized, the teacher should focus on clarifying the motivational sphere in order to form the most important cognitive motives in students. Motivational orientation influences not only the student's learning outcomes, but also changes the educational process itself. What is this influence - positive or negative, developing or standardizing, how universal and intense is it? The strength, effectiveness, form of influence, the predominance of certain functions are determined by the scientific and methodological guidance and management of the educational process by the teacher.
