    <p>В настоящей работе представлены результаты изучения влияния модифицирующих добавок CaAl2O4 (СА) и CaAl4O7 (СА2), а также борной кислоты на процессы фазообразования клинкерных минералов. Расчет содержания сырьевых компонентов в шихте проводили с учетом получения высокоглиноземистого клинкера с содержанием Al2O3 71–72 масс. % и CaO 27–28 масс. %. Согласно диаграмме состояния системы CaO–Al2O3 данное массовое соотношение предполагает формирование двух кальций-алюминатных фаз: CA 64 масс. % и CA2 36 масс. %. В качестве исходного сырья использованы мел марки М-90 и технический глинозем марки Г-0. Термообработку порошковых смесей с различной концентрацией модифицирующих добавок проводили в интервале температур 1250–1350 °С с изотермической выдержкой 1 и 2 часа. Установлено, что при введении в шихту 0,5 % Н3ВО3 проектное соотношение фаз СА и СА2 достигается после термообработки при &#13;
1350 °С в течение 2 часов. Увеличение содержания борной кислоты до 1,0 % позволяет получать фазовый состав клинкера, близкий к проектному при 1250 °С и продолжительности выдержки 1 час. Показано, что введение в шихту добавки ВГЦ оказывает влияние на количественный фазовый состав исследуемых продуктов. Установлена корреляция между количеством вводимого ВГЦ и снижением содержания непрореагировавшего α-оксида алюминия в образцах, термообработанных при 1350 °С в течение 1 часа.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article presents the results of studying the effect of modifying additives CaAl2O4 (CA) and CaAl4O7 (CA2), as well as boric acid on the processes of phase formation of clinker minerals. The calculation of the content of raw materials in the charge is carried out taking into account the production of high-alumina clinker with the participation of Al2O3 71–72 wt.% and CaO 27–28 wt.%. In accordance with the state diagram of the CaO–Al2O3 system, the mass amount accumulates in two calcium aluminate phases: CA 64 wt.% and CA2 36 wt.%. Chalk grade M-90 and commercial alumina grade G-0 are used as feedstock. Heat treatment of powder mixtures with different concentrations of modifying additives is carried out in the temperature range of 1250 - 1350°C with isothermal holding for 1 and 2 hours. It has been established that when 0,5 % H3BO3 is introduced into the charge, the design ratio of the CA and CA2 phases appears after heat treatment at &#13;
1350 °C for 2 hours. An increase in the content of boric acid to 1,0 % allows to obtain a phase clinker composition close to the design one at 1250 °C and a holding time of 1 hour. It has been shown that the introduction of HAC additives into the mixture affects the quantitative phase composition of products. A correlation is established between the amount of HAC introduced and the decrease in the content of unreacted α-alumina in samples heat-treated at 1350 °C for 1 hour.</p>
