С целью разработки наиболее эффективного комплекса психотехнологий реагирования на дискредитацию органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации в медиапространстве подразделениями информации и общественных связей МВД России и их внедрение в практическую деятельность и образовательный процесс обучения сотрудников данных подразделений, в ходе эмпирико-экспериментального исследования поставлена задача изучения уровня профессионально-психологических компетенций сотрудников подразделений информации и общественных связей МВД России в психотехнологическом аспекте процесса дискредитации и реагирования на нее. В результате исследования установлено, что необходимо создание более глубокой психологической основы в деятельности подразделений информации и общественных связей МВД России, проработка и разработка психологического базиса при обучении сотрудников указанного подразделения, внедрение достижений современной психологии в их деятельность.
In order to develop the most effective complex of psychotechnologies for responding to the discrediting of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in the media space by the information and public relations units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and their implementation in the practical activities and educational process of training employees of these units, in the course of an empirical and experimental study, the task was set to study the level of professional and psychological competencies of employees of the information and public relations departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the psychotechnological aspect of the process of discrediting and responding to it. As a result of the study, it was found that it is necessary to create a deeper psychological basis in the activities of the information and public relations units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, to study and develop a psychological basis for training employees of this unit, to introduce the achievements of modern psychology into their activities.
