Предмет исследования. Раскрыто регулирование социально-трудовых отношений промышленных бизнес-систем России, их содержание с точки зрения как теории, так и корпоративной практики. Результаты. Показаны сущность бизнес-систем и приоритеты данного регулирования, новые подходы в их планировании, повышении заинтересованности и ответственности, а также повышении корпоративной культуры и эффективности в открытом акционерном обществе «Северсталь». Представлены последствия регулирования — развитие конкуренции, соперничества, распространение производственного опыта, формирование у работников бизнес-систем современного финансово- экономического мышления и расширение участия в управлении социально-трудовыми отношениями промышленных предприятий.
The subject of the study. The regulation of the social and labor relations of industrial business systems of Russia, their contents from the point of view of the theory, and corporate practice is disclosed. Results. The essence of business systems and priorities of this regulation, new approaches of their planning, the increase of interest and responsibility, and also the increase of corporate culture and efficiency in Severstal public corporation are given. At last, regulation consequences such as the development of the competition and rivalry, distribution of an industrial know-how, formation of modern financial economic mentality of business systems employees and expansion of participation in management of the social and labor relations of the industrial enterprises are presented.
