    <p>Цель исследования. Разработка и применение в клинике новой технологии формирования циркулярного компрессионного шва для улучшения результатов хирургического лечения.&#13;
Материалы и методы. Нами было предложено новое устройство – компрессионный сшиватель кишечника (патент РФ № 110246). Все детали устройства выполнены из сплава титана ВТ-1. Сила компрессии создается с помощью стальной пружины. Устройство имеет 3 типоразмера с внешними диаметрами 28 мм, 31 мм и 33 мм, что позволяет использовать их при различных диаметрах анастомозируемых органов и на всем протяжении толстой кишки. &#13;
Результаты. Разработанное нами устройство простое, удобное и надежное в применении. Устройство было использовано при 71 операции, выполненных по поводу рака толстой кишки: 20 правосторонних гемиколэктомий, 5 резекций поперечно-ободочной кишки, 12 левосторонних гемиколэктомий, 17 резекций сигмовидной кишки, 6 субтотальных колэктомий и 11 передних резекций. Осложнений связанных с качеством анастомоза выявлено не было.&#13;
Выводы. Созданы оригинальные устройства для формирования компрессионных толстокишечных анастомозов. Внедрение в клиническую практику новой технологии позволяет предупреждать развитие послеоперационных осложнений.&#13;

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The purpose of this study is to develop and clinical use the new technology of forming a circular compression seam for improvement the surgical results.&#13;
Materials and methods. The author has proposed a new device – compression anastomotic device (RF patent № 110246). This is device simple, comfortable and reliable. The compression force is created by means of the special steel spring. Compression anastomotic device has 3 types of diameters: 28, 31 and 33 mm, this allows to using them at different diameters anastomosing bodies and throughout the colon.&#13;
Results. The CAD has been applied in clinical practice in 71 resections for colon cancer: 20 right-sided hemicolectomy, 5 resections of the transverse colon, 12 left-sided hemicolectomy, 17 resection of the sigmoid colon, 6 subtotal colectomy and 11 anterior resections. There were no anastomotic complications.&#13;
Conclusion. The author has created original device for forming a compression colonic anastomoses and implemented new technology into clinical practice, it helps to prevent the development of postoperative complications.&#13;
