Актуальность представленного исследования обусловлена тем, что в современных условиях, к сожалению, сохраняется практика провозглашения стратегий развития управляемых социально-экономических систем эффектных по звучанию, но слабо продуманных как с точки зрения технологий реализации, так и с точки зрения эффективности ожидаемых результатов. Целью представленных исследований является рассмотрение положений научной школы обучения стратегического менеджмента Ч. Линдблома, разработанных в эпоху индустриальной экономики, и посвященных, в том числе, замещению эффектных стратегий эффективными, на новом этапе исторического развития – в современную постиндустриальную эпоху. Научная новизна представленного исследования заключается в выявлении закономерностей развития постулатов научной школы обучения стратегического менеджмента Ч. Линдблома, удовлетворяющих принципам диалектики. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в возможности использования сформированных рекомендаций при совершенствовании методологии разработки стратегий развития управляемых социально-экономических систем.
The relevance of the presented study is due to the fact that in modern conditions, unfortunately, the practice of declaring strategies for the development of controlled socio-economic systems that are spectacular in sound, but poorly thought out both in terms of implementation technologies and in terms of the effectiveness of the expected results, remains. The purpose of the presented research is to consider the provisions of the scientific school of teaching strategic management by Ch. Lindblom, developed in the era of the industrial economy, and devoted, among other things, to replacing effective strategies with effective ones at a new stage of historical development - in the modern post-industrial era. The scientific novelty of the presented study lies in the identification of the patterns of development of the postulates of the scientific school of teaching strategic management by Ch. Lindblom, which satisfy the principles of dialectics. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of using the generated recommendations to improve the methodology for developing strategies for the development of controlled socio-economic systems.
