Дифференциация заработной платы и асимметричность распределения доходов работников на протяжении нескольких десятилетий остается одной из наиболее дискуссионных тем в социально-экономических исследованиях, что обусловливает их научную значимость и предопределяет важность оценки неоднородности влияния экономических и социальных детерминант регионального экономического развития на уровень оплаты труда. В связи с чем целью статьи является анализ неоднородности влияния социально-экономических факторов на уровень заработной платы в регионах. В качестве задач определены: оценка степени влияния социально-экономических факторов развития региона на уровень оплаты труда, а также исследование неоднородности воздействия этих факторов на различные уровни распределения оплаты труда между регионами. Объектом исследования выступает региональная дифференциация доходов населения, предметом – влияние социально-экономических факторов на уровень реальной заработной платы. В качестве методов исследования использованы анализ панельных данных, метод наименьших квадратов (МНК) и квантильная регрессия. Исследование основано на статистических данных по регионам Российской Федерации за период 2013–2023 гг. В качестве объясняющих переменных рассматриваются логарифм валового регионального продукта (ВРП) на душу населения, индекс потребительских цен и уровень безработицы. Проведенное исследование позволило определить, что влияние социально-экономических факторов на уровень заработной платы существенно различается по квантилям. Рост ВРП на душу населения оказывает положительное влияние на уровень заработной платы, при этом эффект усиливается в верхних квантилях, указывая на более сильное воздействие экономического развития на верхний уровень заработной платы. Полученные результаты подтверждают наличие гетерогенного воздействия социально-экономических факторов на уровень заработной платы регионов. Квантильный анализ выявил, что средние оценки, получаемые методом МНК, скрывают значимые различия между низко- и высокодоходными регионами, что подчеркивает необходимость применения квантильного подхода для анализа асимметричных распределений доходов и обеспечивает более обоснованную эмпирическую базу для формирования региональной экономической политики, ориентированной на снижение неравенства и обеспечение устойчивого роста заработной платы.

Wage differentiation and the asymmetry of income distribution have remained among the most controversial topics in socioeconomic research for several decades, demonstrating their scientific significance and the importance of assessing the heterogeneity of the impact of economic and social determinants of regional economic development on wages. Therefore, the aim of this article is to analyze the heterogeneity of the impact of socioeconomic factors on wages in the regions. The objectives are to assess the degree of influence of socioeconomic factors in regional development on wages and to study the heterogeneity of the impact of these factors on different levels of wage distribution between regions. The object of this study is regional income differentiation, and the subject is the impact of socioeconomic factors on real wages. The research methods used include panel data analysis, ordinary least squares (OLS), and quantile regression. The study is based on statistical data for regions of the Russian Federation for the period 2013–2023. The logarithm of gross regional product (GRP) per capita, the consumer price index, and the unemployment rate are considered as explanatory variables. The study revealed that the influence of socioeconomic factors on wages varies significantly across quantiles. Growth in GRP per capita has a positive impact on wages, with the effect increasing at the upper quantiles, indicating a stronger impact of economic development on upper wages. The obtained results confirm the heterogeneous impact of socioeconomic factors on regional wages. Quantile analysis revealed that average estimates obtained using the OLS method conceal significant differences between low- and high-income regions, highlighting the need to apply a quantile approach to analyzing asymmetric income distributions and providing a more substantiated empirical basis for the formulation of regional economic policy aimed at reducing inequality and ensuring sustainable wage growth.
