Актуальность представленного исследования заключается в том, что, учитывая, что развитие экономики осуществляется по спирали в соответствии с диалектической философией Г. Гегеля, а также, что протяженность одного витка этой спирали в соответствии с большими циклами экономической активности Н. Кондратьева составляет примерно полвека (50 лет), представляет интерес рассмотреть ключевые положения школ стратегического менеджмента, сформировавшихся к 1970-м годам, в интересах их использования в современных условиях для преодоления текущего глобального экономического кризиса 2020-х годов, принявшего затяжной характер. Целью представленных исследований является рассмотрение с философских позиций постулатов школы обучения стратегического менеджмента Чарльза Линдблома, сформировавшейся в преддверии глобального мирового экономического кризиса 1970-х годов, в интересах поиска путей их использования для формирования стратегий менеджмента, направленных эффективное преодоление глобального мирового экономического кризиса, возникшего на новом витке спирали экономического развития в 2020-е годы. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в исследовании пяти ключевых постулатов школы обучения стратегического менеджмента свозь призму реализации основных законов диалектики в современных условиях. Практическая значимость полученных в работе результатов заключается в возможности использования предложенных рекомендаций по реализации основных постулатов школы обучения в современных кризисных условиях для повышения эффективности стратегического развития.
The relevance of the presented research lies in the fact that given that the development of the economy is carried out in a spiral in accordance with the dialectical philosophy of G. Hegel, and also that the length of one turn of this spiral in accordance with the large cycles of economic activity of N. Kondratiev is approximately half a century (50 years ), it is of interest to consider the key provisions of the schools of strategic management that were formed by the 1970s, in the interests of their use in modern conditions to overcome the current global economic crisis of the 2020s, which has become protracted. The purpose of the presented research is to examine from a philosophical perspective the postulates of Charles Lindblom's school of strategic management education, which was formed on the eve of the global economic crisis of the 1970s, in order to find ways to use them to formulate management strategies aimed at effectively overcoming the global global economic crisis that arose in the new the spiral of economic development in the 2020s. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the study of the five key postulates of the school of strategic management education through the prism of the implementation of the basic laws of dialectics in modern conditions. The practical significance of the results obtained in the work lies in the possibility of using the proposed recommendations for the implementation of the basic postulates of the school of education in modern crisis conditions to increase the effectiveness of strategic development.
