Статья посвящена рассмотрению возможностей участия населения в реализации принципов устойчивого развития энергетики. В ней в логической последовательности уделено внимание на суть устойчивой энергетики, выделены показатели устойчивой энергетики и деятельность населения по их достижению; дана характеристика управлению спросом населения на электроэнергию и характеристика управления предложением электроэнергию с примерами для реализации принципов устойчивой энергетики. Полученные результаты показывают, что устойчивое развитие энергетики как цель устойчивого развития непосредственно касается жизнедеятельности конкретного человека и человеческих групп; количественное и качественное изменение населения является движущей силой развития устойчивой энергетики; население влияет на реализацию устойчивой энергетики за счет управления спросом на электроэнергию и за счет управления генерации электроэнергии оказании энергоуслуг.
The article is devoted to considering the possibilities of public participation in the implementation of the principles of sustainable energy development. In it, in a logical sequence, attention is paid to the essence of sustainable energy, indicators of sustainable energy and the activities of the population to achieve them are highlighted; characteristics of managing the population's demand for electricity and characteristics of managing the supply of electricity are given with examples for implementing the principles of sustainable energy. The results obtained show that sustainable energy development as a goal of sustainable development directly concerns the life of a specific person and human groups; quantitative and qualitative changes in population are the driving force behind the development of sustainable energy; the population influences the implementation of sustainable energy by managing the demand for electricity and by managing the generation of electricity and the provision of energy services.
