   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Статья посвящена исследованию перспектив и проблем развития гибридной модели работы, которая уже стала неизбежным решением для многих организаций. Представлены основные варианты реализации гибридной модели, а также преимущества по сравнению с традиционной работой в офисе и полностью удаленной работы. Выделены типичные проблемы, возникающие в гибридной среде, и их проявления в таких областях, как коммуникации и сотрудничество, профессиональное развитие, корпоративная культура, благополучие персонала, производительность и мотивация труда, технологическая безопасность. Показано, что особенности гибридной работы нередко вступают в противоречие со сложившейся практикой управления. На основании обобщения опыта реализации гибридной модели работы, национальных и глобальных исследований обоснованы рекомендации, позволяющие преодолевать сложности и находить оптимальный баланс между преимуществами и недостатками работы в гибридной среде.</p>
