    <p>Рассматриваются стратегии предотвращения выгорания в управлении проектами и персоналом через прозрачную коммуникацию, уста-&#13;
новление четких ожиданий, поддержку баланса между работой и личной жизнью, профессиональную поддержку и создание благоприятного&#13;
командного духа в коллективе. Она призывает к открытой коммуникации, ясным ролям и обязанностям, поддерживающей среде и орга-&#13;
низации отдыха, совместной работы и командных мероприятий. Предоставление времени для отдыха, поощрение совместной работы&#13;
и поддержка командных мероприятий также являются ключевыми аспектами предотвращения выгорания. Представлены практические&#13;
и комплексные рекомендации для руководителей проектов и организаций. Применение комплексного подхода к управлению выгоранием&#13;
помогает создать здоровую и продуктивную рабочую среду, способствует улучшению результатов проектов и повышению удовлетво-&#13;
ренности членов команды.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>This article explores strategies for preventing and managing burnout in the field of project management. It discusses a multi-faceted approach to combating&#13;
burnout, including transparent communication, setting clear expectations, supporting a healthy work-life balance, providing professional support, and&#13;
fostering team spirit. Project managers are encouraged to prioritize open communication, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and create a supportive&#13;
environment where team members can freely discuss their issues and seek collective solutions. Providing time for rest, encouraging teamwork, and supporting&#13;
team events are also key aspects of burnout prevention. Applying a comprehensive approach to managing burnout helps create a healthy and productive&#13;
work environment, improves project outcomes, and increases team satisfaction.</p>
