Настоящая статья посвящена изучению особенностей защиты прав и законных интересов группы лиц в контексте правового механизма возбуждения, подготовки и рассмотрения дел группового производства в гражданском и арбитражном судопроизводствах Российской Федерации, выявлению проблем и перспектив развития группового производства. В последние годы в Российской Федерации наблюдается рост числа споров, связанных с массовыми нарушениями прав граждан, что обуславливает необходимость создания механизмов, способствующих эффективному разрешению подобных дел. Одним из таких механизмов является групповое производство, позволяющее объединять и рассматривать дела с общими признаками.
This article is devoted to the study of the specifics of the initiation, preparation and consideration of group proceedings in civil and arbitration proceedings of the Russian Federation, identifying problems and prospects for the development of group proceedings. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of disputes in the Russian Federation related to massive violations of citizens' rights, which necessitates the creation of mechanisms to facilitate the effective resolution of such cases. One of these mechanisms is group proceedings, which allow cases with common characteristics to be combined and considered.
