This article presents the experience of realization of the state project aimed at revealing talents and conscious choice of career. Professional self-determination of young people is one of the most important state tasks facing the education system. The article presents the experience of realization of the project "Ticket to the Future" on the territory of Konakovo district. The goal of the project is to test and scale up career guidance practices developed by the scientific community, and to transition from «event-based» career guidance to systemic one.
