The article examines the pedagogical potential of the digital educational resource of infographics as a digital additional method of teaching verb types in Russian as a foreign language. The article substantiates the hypothesis of the dissertation research, explains the goals and objectives, and the relevance of the dissertation research. The difficulties of foreign students in mastering the verb type are noted. During the study, examples of infographics as a modern educational digital resource containing elements of interactivity and clarity are considered as a theoretical and methodological basis. The following methods are used: studying the literature on the topic of the category of the verb type in Russian as a foreign language, analysis of pedagogical research data on the topic. The article presents ways of explaining grammatical material in order to form the grammatical competence of foreign students, improve the level of knowledge of the topic of the grammatical category of the verb type. The results of the study show that infographics contribute to a more effective perception and memorization of the grammatical rules of the Russian language and the development of communication in Russian.
