ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF THE INTRODUCTION 
OF A POINT-RATING SYSTEM FOR TEACHING 
STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Abstract (English):
The article considers the expediency of using a point-rating system for assessing the quality 
of knowledge. The advantages and disadvantages of the introduction of the new system are given 
on the example of the experience of the introduction of a point rating system in the College 
of Moscow State Pedagogical University.
