The study presented in this article is devoted to the analysis of the level of socio-psychological state of older people through their participation in online physical education classes. The socio-psychological characteristics of the personality of older people are considered. The article presents the results of online classes for older citizens using the example of the State Institution "Resource Center for the Development of Social Communications". Conducting classes in this format showed good results and became popular among pensioners. The prospects for conducting leisure online classes are shown, as a result of data analysis, the increase in participants was 87% over 2 years; health indicators improved in 113 people, and the number of people with excessive neuropsychic stress decreased by 62%. Thus, attending online classes in the Moscow Longevity project had a positive effect and contributed to the maintenance and development of both physical and socio-psychological skills of the individual.
