Abstract (English):
On February 3, 2025, Russian President V.V. Putin signed Federal Law No. 9-FZ «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation», which established new legal mechanisms to counteract the conclusion of consumer credit agreements and the implementation of transactions using client funds without the voluntary consent of citizens.
