It emphasizes the need for physical activity in the daily life of lawyers, through sporting events, as well as active breaks. In addition, attention is being focused on the importance of psychological assistance, which is reflected not only in consultations with a psychologist, but also in the introduction of stress management seminars. It is also important to explain to employees that it is important to prevent diseases, as well as to form a culture of health care in the team.
