The article examines the process of transformation of the management system of the hospitality industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The author analyzes in detail the dynamics of management in the hotel industry within the framework of the identified sub-periods of development, examines innovative approaches and management technologies in the hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia, through which it is planned to scale the attraction of tourists to the country, with a significant emphasis on advanced technologies. The author highlights a number of changes in the management of the hospitality industry. The article describes the high potential for the implementation of all strategic goals in the field of hotel business development through innovative management. The author examines examples of modern management technologies based on specific cases, which makes it possible to fully assess the dynamics of the development of hotel management in Saudi Arabia. The author concludes that the management system of the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia should be improved further, as there are significant shortcomings in its development, for example, the lack of a complete balance between innovative approaches in the development of the state and its authenticity at the present stage, still exist. In conclusion, the author also highlights the key promising areas of development of the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia, and also emphasizes that the pace of development of the management system after the adoption of the Vision 2030 program fully allows KSA to reach the global level of the hotel industry by the planned moment.
