The article analyzes the problem of forming the process of effective professional development of the management team of a professional educational institution, which consists in selecting and developing optimal technologies, principles, and methods of teaching. The article examines the practical experience of leading educational institutions of secondary vocational education in the Novosibirsk Region, and explores the degree of personal relationships between members of the teaching staff. The authors formulate provisions that allow them to understand the specifics of forming the process of effective professional development of the management team of an educational institution in order to create an environment for the qualitative formation and intensive development of the process of professional adaptation of the management team of a college. Developing the skills of an adequate response to changes in the external environment and making effective decisions that can inspire the teaching staff to engage in creative and proactive activities.
