The article focuses on game-theoretical modeling as a new project analysis tool that allows predicting the behavior of all project participants, taking into account their interests and real information conditions. Recommendations on the construction and research of a project development management model in the context of antagonism are presented, in particular, recommendations on designing player strategies and quantifying the consequences of their implementation. In order to determine the optimal strategies of players – managers of competing projects who choose strategies for their development, a mixed expansion of the game has been implemented, since it has been established that the built game model has no solution in pure strategies. The analysis of the optimal mixed strategies of the players found allowed us to determine the most preferred options for their behavior in the process of project development and implementation. The material of the article is of interest for improving the quality of solutions in the field of project analysis, and may also be useful for updating the content of professional training for future project managers and project analysts.
