INNOVATIVE AND TRANSFORMATIONAL METHODS OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN MODERN COMPANIES

Abstract:
This article explores contemporary human capital development strategies in organizations, taking into account the rapidly changing economic and technological environment. The paper examines key personnel development functions, including career development planning, competency assessment, and continuous learning, and evaluates their effectiveness in improving employee productivity and retention. Particular attention is paid to contemporary trends such as the digitalization of learning processes, the implementation of adaptive mentoring systems, and the use of big data analytics to monitor personnel performance. The study demonstrates that innovative and transformational ap-proaches contribute to increased employee motivation, engagement, and productivity in both Rus-sian and international companies, providing a synergistic effect for organizational strategic devel-opment. A comparison of practices across countries reveals universal and specific mechanisms that allow personnel development methods to be adapted to the conditions of a particular organization, thereby enhancing its competitive advantages and market sustainability.
