Functional management currently has its own relevant means of implementing operational activities of processes and management facilities of economic systems of the "organization" type. The scientific literature and empirical studies carried out by the author in recent years have made it possible to establish the composition and content of process management and its components at the level of functional tasks. The innovative design of the content and interaction of transformation procedures within the framework of technologization of management tasks has made it possible to establish the need for the participation of all key, resource and evaluation attributes. Technological tools contribute to obtaining the desired results, as well as support the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of the functions of the management cycle and the formation and maintenance of innovations in the economic environment of organizations.
