SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: COOPERATION WITH DIGITAL SHARING ECONOMY PLATFORMS

Abstract:
The high speed of spreading information and communication technologies has brought about significant changes in consumer behavior, contributed to the development of digital platforms, the e-commerce market, and the transformation of economic relations of a wide range of economic agents. Russian digital platforms such as Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex.Market, SberMegaMarket, initially developed within the framework of the sharing economy, have become effective and popular channels for selling products. At the same time, companies cooperating with platforms of this type face the challenges of effectively building interaction processes, which requires the development of appropriate principles and algorithms. The purpose of this study is to develop a system of principles for managing product supply processes on domestic online e-commerce platforms. The conducted study systematized the principles of organizing efficient deliveries on digital platforms related to the sharing economy, formulated a list of the consequences of the wrong choice of a delivery model for business, developed an algorithm for interaction between companies and platforms of this type taking into account the identified principles, and showed an example of applying the described algorithm for the Ozon marketplace. The significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results to improve the efficiency of interaction between product suppliers and digital e-commerce platforms.
