This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the financial environment and price risks faced by agricultural enterprises in modern economic conditions. The nature of price risks, their interrelation with other types of risks (production, financial, institutional) and their impact on the financial stability of agricultural producers are investigated. The paper systematizes and summarizes the key factors that form price risks, including price disparity, market fluctuations, inflationary processes and changes in government policy. Special attention is paid to methods and tools for managing price risks, both at the level of an individual enterprise and within the framework of government support. Based on the analysis, a set of practical measures is proposed aimed at reducing the impact of price instability and strengthening the financial stability of agricultural organizations. The results of the study can be used by managers and financial managers of agricultural enterprises to improve the risk management system.
