The article is devoted to the study of the possibility of using the mechanism of public-private partnership in the implementation of social architecture projects. The features of the Russian experience in implementing social architecture projects are analyzed in detail. Special attention is paid to the difficulties in implementing projects at the regional and municipal levels and using the mechanism of public-private partnership to overcome them.
