This article demonstrates that criminal law enforcement is expressed in several constituent elements: the object of criminal law enforcement, namely, the specific criminal-legal relations to which the criminal law norm applies; and the content of criminal law enforcement, which is expressed in its objective and subjective aspects. It is shown that the objective aspect of criminal law enforcement is the external form of expression of this process, the primary means of which are the criminal law norm and the law enforcement act. The subjective aspect of criminal law enforcement is an intellectual and volitional activity that relies primarily on the laws of rational logical thinking and pursues the goals of criminal justice.
