The aim of this work is to design a model of an automated system for analyzing the psychological state factors of enterprise employees to enhance the level of information security. To achieve this goal, the article formulates the main tasks of the automated system for analyzing the psychological state factors of enterprise employees, presents the structure and functional IDEF model of the designed automated system, and provides an algorithm for assessing the psychological state of enterprise employees developed by the authors. The novelty of the work lies in the proposed creative concept of using expert systems and artificial neural networks as auxiliary mechanisms for automated analysis of psychological state factors of enterprise employees. Additionally, the work investigates the special role of assessing employees’ sociability. The result of the research is a set of recommendations for applying the proposed model of the automated system both for enterprises classified as subjects of critical information infrastructure and in security systems of «smart cities».
