The article examines the role of project management in the process of adapting cultural heritage in the context of sustainable development of Moscow urban space, using the example of the redevelopment of the GES2 House of Culture. The purpose of the study is to analyze the solutions that allowed the combination of the reconstruction of an industrial facility with the preservation of its historical value and the creation of a modern cultural space in the capital city. The study demonstrates the successful transformation of the former energy complex (GES-2 tram station) into a multifunctional cultural center that includes exhibition spaces, a concert hall, educational facilities, and public spaces. Special attention is given to the managerial decisions that ensured the integration of the facility into the demanding modern environment of the metropolis. The results of the study show that systematic and consistent management decisions have led to the creation of a highly sought-after cultural institution that attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. The GES-2 project has become an example of successful "post-industrial revitalization," demonstrating the potential for transforming industrial facilities into modern cultural clusters.
