The article discusses а case of autoimmune hepatitis in a patient 15 years. The complexity of diagnosis due to atypical course of the disease, the first and only manifestation of which, at the onset of the rash became hemorrhagic. The patient was hospitalized in the rheumatology department with a suspected systemic vasculitis — granulomatosis with polyangiitis. The key role in establishing the diagnosis played an immunological study and identification of antibodies to smooth muscle.
