This article is devoted to the implementation of a telegram bot in the educational process of a university to notify students about changes in the class schedule in real time, as well as to provide constant access to the schedule in a convenient form. The purpose of this work is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of digital technologies in the educational process of a university to improve the academic performance of students using the example of a telegram bot. During the study, a survey was conducted among students of the Omsk branch of the Financial University, in which more than 100 students from different fields participated. The survey showed that the majority of students support the implementation of a telegram bot at our university. Other key advantages of using a telegram bot include receiving up-to-date schedules and improving student performance.
