Today, enterprises of small and average business are subject to public scrutiny, due to the fact that in conditions of high turbulence of the environment and economic crisis, it is the enterprises of small and average business becomes the most effective form of entrepreneurship, plays a significant role in the Russian economy. However, enterprises of small and medium-sized businesses are quite vulnerable to the unpredictability of development and the inertia of the market amid growing competition, which necessitates the development of targeted systems of enterprise management, including risk management. In the article, and the algorithm of risk management of the enterprises of small and medium business, which will minimize the negative impact of volatile external environment and to ensure sustainable development of the enterprises of small and average business in modern conditions. Research and development, presented in the paper is recommended for use in construction organizations.
