The article discusses some special aspects of the implementation of the principle of justice in the education management. Education is considered as a source of access to the qualification resource, social and cultural capital. The implementation of the principle of justice in education is associated with the main factors of social inequality. The authors conclude that the provision of equity in access to education affects the reproduction of all levels of the Russian society.
