Abstract (English):
The article summarizes certain aspects of the legal regulation of the activities of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies of the Federal Republic of Germany. The need to implement positive experience in the relevant legislation of the Russian Federation is revealed. The historical experience of the Red Cross activity in Russia and Germany is structured. The features of the organization, management and financing of the activity of the Red Cross in Germany are revealed.
