Abstract (English):
The article is targeted to managerial decision-makers and business-coachers, who use modern approaches, methods and techniques of strategic development management. Author investigates reasons of low- efficiency of standard classic techniques and methods of strategic development management in modern times. There is shown a wide semantic sense of “new normality” and conditions for high efficiency in strategic development management under conditions of “new normality”. Conception of relativism is applied to the management theory, as well as deep conceptual explanation of non-structural management in field of strategic development of organizations.
