Abstract (English):
Izucheno vliyanie mikrochastic atmosfernogo vozduha na razvitie okislitel'nogo stressa u zdorovyh zhiteley goroda. Issledovany soderzhanie i sostav mikrochastic v atmosfernom vozduhe g. Vladivostoka; klyuchevye parametry okislitel'nogo stressa. Formirovanie okislitel'nogo stressa, inducirovannogo mikrochasticami, vyzyvaet povrezhdenie makromolekul i snizhenie energeticheskogo statusa kletok. Kompensatornoe povyshenie antioksidantnoy aktivnosti, osuschestvlyaemoe za schet tioldisul'fidnogo zvena, obuslavlivaet zaschitu kletok ot apoptoza.
