Abstract (English):
Stat'ya posvyaschena aktual'noy na segodnyashniy den' probleme – lecheniyu ostrogo gnoynogo rinosinusita u detey. Prolecheno 298 chelovek. Deti razdeleny na dve gruppy. Odnim provodilos' lechenie po obscheprinyatoy sheme, drugim dopolnitel'no naznachalsya topicheskiy kortikosteroid. Dokazana vysokaya effektivnost' primeneniya mometazona furoata s pomosch'yu klinicheskih i immunologicheskih metodov issledovaniya (endoskopicheskiy osmotr, issledovanie laktoferrina v syvorotke krovi i prochie).
