Provedeno retrospektivnoe issledovanie, v kotorom prinyali uchastie 126 pacientov, imevshih zlokachestvennuyu opuhol' tolstoy kishki s metastazami v pecheni. Pacientam osnovnoy gruppy provodilas' rezekciya tolstoy kishki i rezekciya pecheni. Takzhe vo vremya operacii vypolnyali radiochastotnuyu ablyaciyu metastazov i himioembolizaciyu vorotnoy veny. V kontrol'noy gruppe vypolnyali operaciyu na tolstoy kishke bez vmeshatel'stva na pecheni. Gruppy sravnivali po dlitel'nosti operacii, ob'emu intraoperacionnoy krovopoteri, prebyvaniyu v stacionare posle operacii, kolichestvu oslozhneniy i letal'nyh sluchaev.
